The mother has the right idea. People can afford to be less self-conscious and a bit more shameless. While not everyone is a looker, it's better for our collective mental health. Of course, I work in retail, so I have been desensitized to a bunch of things (it's not unusual to see nipple bulges in Walmart and the like, despite it being banned here.)
