that is far out of bounds of what the investigation should be and this gives me the sense that it is exemplary punishment. in deed it utterly confused me to the point i felt like asking about it, sandy hook happened almost a decade ago so i find the idea that there is anything useful to jan 6 there utterly baffling. dumpster diving for diamonds frankly.
even then i don't know what information that he refused to provide to the texas court in 2019 would have to do with jan 6th.
