Am I able to sue someone who reposted my meme on Reddit? Other Civil Matters Hello, I'm on a throwaway account because I already confronted the reposter on my main account. Backstory: I recently posted a meme, and it only got 50 upvotes. Someone stole my meme and and got over 20,000 upvotes. I was literally heartbroken and cried. I told the reposter to give me credit, but he made fun of me instead. I know suing someone over a meme sounds silly, but it's not about the meme. It's about justice. I'm planning on contacting a lawyer, but I wanna get advice here to see what I can do. So what can I do? I wanna take this to a civil court. Will a judge take it?
