If you could put ERA behind a plate distant enough to dissipate the jet (and remember it's a jet, not a radial explosion) with enough metal behind it.

Otherwise you put enough advanced metallurgy behind an ERA charge and pray. However, that is homogeneous steel protected by a squint cabinet door. Plywood probably won't even trigger the contact fuse. Even if it does the first jet probably melts through and does what HEAT shells do.
