Do you know that every now and then a Caiman will attempt to eat an Electric Eel and latch on to it only to instantly be electrocuted and die? With the Caiman's corpse being continuously electrocuted it is unable to go limp and release the Eel, causing the Eel to then die as it cannot move with a dead Caiman attached to it.
