Very disappointed!! Many calls, emails, and texts messages were made before we were finally able to talk to someone about making an appointment. I was very clear when booking that we had a Groupon to redeem. We Showed 10 minutes before our scheduled time and was told that our appointment wasn't on the books. After showing the messenger thread in which the appointment was made we were told that Groupon's were not being honored and that I would have to contact Groupon for my refund. Groupon will NOT refund only give a credit. We were actually not taking any more bookings until December 31. Staff was being nice and let you book. You were not charged and sent us a message saying thank you and that you in fact had received your refund from Groupon. Please only post honest reviews. We strive to create a fun environment. Inaccurate posts can be misleading. Best
