Yeah not sure why people are downvoting you on this. Well I am but I like to ignore that sub-culture of KYM's userbase since most of them don't even post, just make alts for mass downdoots.

DEI initiatives suck, but "DEI" itself doesn't. Going out of your way to make diverse, nuanced media is good. Forcing a specific quota of diversity without any plan of how to actually tell a story with it is bad.
