According to the designer, Alex Ahad, many of the characters in Skullgirls have anime-like attributes, such as high s----------- and nurses, so he was influenced by the maid element and MELTY BLOOD to create this character. She is a beautiful girl who looks good in both cute maid-like poses and dignified boss-like poses, and her face is drawn a little more maturely than er contemporaries, which is also nice! Serious, hard-working, self-proclaimed maid. Marie wears a maid's uniform, but she is not really a maid. She is a hardworking girl who calls herself a maid and does daily housework and organizes friends from the orphanage in order to repay her foster parents, who found her as a war orphan, as much as possible. As her mind is gradually corrupted by evil, she continues to fight to avenge the loss of her family and atone for the fact that she is the only one who has escaped... The past that makes you want to root for her even though she is a villain, the sadness of not being rewarded for this past, and the cool -ness of her strong will that keeps her from becoming completely evil... You can't help but Love her.
