The party gathers nine artifacts each of Legendary potential and power in order to open the door at the center of the world. Each artifact is secreted away, requiring a quest line to be able to discover it. They each have a high CR guardian and its own theme music during its boss battle After gathering the artifacts, they need to bring it to the center of the world 'so that all of their sins of all of their time might be forgiven.' Their characters are in a time loop and have tried to do this many times in the past but have always failed. When they open the door... They see the great enemy is an NPC that has been following them the entire time. It takes nine forms that the players must fight and defeat in order to kill it. Those forms are of each boss battle they previously won. And the music is the same except now it's slowed and reverbed.
