She reappears occasionally tossing lightning. Negotiate a rough peace by holding a cat hostage. She can't harm you for 5 days, you then proceed to report her to the city guard who proceed to sicc an entire swat-style group of Paladins on her ass. She also has a huge bounty.

Fun fact, there was an addictive green substance that the cats love that the party then distributed ...
