Correct, it’s a disorder, not a disability.

If it gives me a crippling handicap (read: employers will jump several hoops to not hire you and can see it from a mile away as an undesirable), and if they DO hire you they make a point to register you as disability quota, I'm calling it a disability.

I don't like it, but the world is cruel and will call you a duck if you walk, swim, fly and shit like one.
