We're all a little f----- up in one way or another and everybody has contemplated suicide at some point in there life. I've been depressed before and go though huge shifts in my mood. What helps me feel a little better is thinking that it's all happening on a chemical level. I think that focusing on what's upsetting you can actually feed the depression itself. I know it's way easier said than done, but try to focus on things that you enjoy. Also, and I know this is gonna sound totally f----- lame, but I feel a hell of a lot better when I work out a little bit. I feel like I'm sweating all the b------- out.
