Star Wars - Trans clonetrooper

Assuming this is real:
I'm not asking why there's a trans person in Star Wars. It's Star Wars, they probably discovered a way to switch your gender centuries ago after someone spilled bacta on the midiclorians or something.
I'm asking why it's a clone trooper. Are they trying to say something about Temura Morrison? Does the gene-stock start to get a little quirky after the first 14 nonillion clones?

The trans flag colours painted on the armour are a bit too "real world" for me.
