I have found the solution; it's quite exhilarating! 1.) When a pony has reached the point to where they must relieve themselves they excrete the feces/urine through their skin via their sweat. It's all very small, finely sifted fecal particles that they excrete so it's not that noticeable (but I assume the smell is unbearable). You see, they don't have anything other than a stomach to create and absorb nutrients, the bad parts are then stored in small sacks beneath the ponies skin that act very much like a human anus. The ponies can hold in their fecal sweat just like a human, or sweatficate on demand. "But, OP, how can they have children through their skin!?" Silence my dear brony, for OP will explain this to you with joy! 2.) When ponies become sexually involved they rub up against each other and the male excretes the semen from his skin and rubs it onto the female (where at does not matter), and the semen will find their way by sinking into the skin and finding the stomach. Afterwards the semen will attempt to penetrate through the bottom of the stomach to the uterus located beneath it. After the gestation period and the baby filly is about to be born, it gnaws it's way through the stomach and out the mothers throat usually resulting in the death of the mare, but not always!
