Notes:

A while ago, I made a controversial video about the Arab-Israeli conflict. I've been pretty quiet about it since, but don't you dare think that my opinion of that whole mess has changed. It hasn't. It's like two kids fighting over a toy truck, except that people die. The Jews and Arabs both worship the same God – why the hell are they trying to invoke His name to justify killing each other?!? It doesn't make any sense!!! Don't they read their own religious texts?!?

I guess the answer to that question is that it's really not a religious war – it's just a land grab. To be pedantic, all warfare boils down to a contest over some sort of resource, but this is just a huge, completely unnecessary mess – territorialism gone horribly, horribly wrong. The region's plenty big enough for the both of 'em. "Good grief" doesn't even begin to cover my feelings on the subject…
