People like Deadpool becouse of his non-sense actions, randomly killing people and a few 4th wall jokes/cultural references per comic.
This Ultimate Spiderman is like Deadpool on steroids, he doesn't break the 4th wall…He bloody rapes it, every minute of the show is based on senseless 4th wall raping to a point that you just can't take Spiderman seriously anymore. Look at Spectacular Spiderman, you can take him serious and laugh at the same time.
