This picture was taken about a half-a-year ago when the episode "The Super Speedy Cider Squeezy 6000" from Season 2 first aired. I watched the episode live with my friend through a livestream and after the episode ended, my friend (who's favorite character is RD) felt so angry towards Pinkie for not giving Rainbow some of the cider, grabbed a Pinkie-figure and disappeared into the kitchen.
