The artist actually comments that when she draws rule 63 like this she likes to mix up the character's personalities to match the change, she states that if Winry really was a guy going around and beating up a female Elric that's not really that good, though she instead transfered that into his personality making him a hardass on female Elric, I really like these kind of things as it shows more than just "Oh wow now I have boobs/a dick"

And I'm okay with this.
