With Mikasa, I meant earlier – after Annie captured Eren but before Levi showed up, Mikasa is able to single-handedly slow Annie down. She is indeed more impulsive than Levi when Eren is involved, which may or may not affect the outcome of a duel depending on the circumstances. Still, Levi's biggest advantage is his far more extensive combat experience.
