Based on Bloopy S--- (part 1 of the Game Grumps let's play of Goof Troop), when Jon and Arin are talking about the "boop" sounds the main menu makes. The SNES game is based on the cartoon of the same name which stars Disney characters Max Goof and Goofy, who I edited into this image.
The reporter's face is replaced with that of Jon "JonTron" Jafari from his review Nightshade: The Claws of HEUGH with his conure parrot cyborg Jacques on his shoulder from his review Bubsy Collection.
Arin "Egoraptor" Hanson from QualityTime.avi by El Cid is superimposed behind Jon.
