When you think about it, you really couldn't save people with the ability to fly anyway.

Without any kind of super-speed or hearing, you wouldn't be able to find or reach crime or accidents very easily. You wouldn't have super-strength so you couldn't catch a falling person or anything like that.

At best, all you'd be able to do is maybe help someone hanging off the ledge of something if they weren't too heavy, or save a drowning child maybe.

If the Flash taught us anything, its that super speed is the best possible superpower if you can only choose one. Either that or Plastic man's power.
