Though obviously fake (a simple google search shows that there was only one vehicle), there seems to be quite a bit of effort put into making the gif, However, editing the debris on the sidewalk to exist in the beginning of the loop, only to be created by the vehicle during the accident, is oddly discomforting.

The Russian people can only give so many fucks in such a short amount of time. At least I think this happened in Russia.
