I'll try to be as neutral, bipartisan and nonjudgemental as possible about this image, one I found on my own Facebook wall. While I, to put it mildly, disagree with the…erm…..logic behind this image, I understand that there are others who find it perfectly sensible, even obvious.
However, I will say this……..

Black, red, and yellow MS Paint, particularly with heavy use of the spray can tool, is never okay or alright.
