Honestly, I don't think any of the villains in G4 wanted to kill anyone. They all seem more preoccupied with enslaving or otherwise harnessing their magical energy. Killing them would be counterproductive.

What do you think happened to his old world: barren and a wasteland…. he truly was a monster by those implications
