Since this is a "less extreme" breast expansion piece from BlackSen (usually he loves to draw them in unrealistically huge sizes) I figured putting this in the main Skullgirls gallery instead of "Internet Paraphilia" would be fine. I think this is also one of his more SFW drawings too, heh (so for now no NSFW tag since looking at this site's image galleries it's safe to say that lots of cleavage is mostly fine as SFW).
