What do you think would be the ultimate torture? Do you think it would be slowly slicing off someone's flesh with a rusty spoon? How about forcing someone they love to do something atrocious. I have always been a fan of "ironic" torture, such as complete isolation for a misanthrope by removing the person's senses. Watch as they go insane while trying to find some form of stimulus. I have always found that thought amusing. Which would cause you the most suffering, the idea of someone you love being mutilated by someone they know, or you being completely isolated, with only your thoughts providing you company?
