Gone Home is yet another example of the nepotism that exist deep inside the gaming journalism. This is Katie's first time in the house- adding to the sense of mystery and unease that permeates Gone Home. Youtube and Steam reviews are a great way to go.
They're about as close to 'word of mouth' authenticity as you can get besides actual forum discussions and such.
