I want to take some time out from typical mod duties to address the growing issue of everyone always pointing out that we "do it for free" whenever you talk about mods/janitors Yes, we do janitor and moderate on a volunteer basis, but why do you think we do it? It's because we love 4chan and want to make it a better place for you guys. We take it as seriously as we can, but it it isn't our whole lives, because unlike the copypasta states, we actually do have jobs, or are in school, or have active social lives (hobbies, sports, parties, activities, friends, girlfriends, cooking, etc) outside of the internet.
