Notes:

Possibly made by this guy for a 2011 competition on Cracked.com.
However, the version on the author's site is different than the one presented here, in that the second scene is different, and it lacks the Cracked.com logo in the corner. This implies that either this version DID get into Cracked.com, or this is forged, or this was a mock-up that was on a now-deleted website. It's likely under one of the weekly photoshop contests they held if this is real.
