I don't agree with everything gamergate does, and there is a lot of stuff they should be doing better that turns me off from joining.

But at the very least, they've shown just how shitty the industry, and the industries defenders, really are.

I was once arguing with someone about pc master race bullshit who tried to claim that publishers make more money off the sale of pc games. He linked me to 2 articles, one stated Activision makes most of its money of pc games, which was solely because of WoW subscriptions and a second that specifically stated EA makes 2/3s of its money off console sales. I never thought I'd see someone that stupid again…
