Kyoshi was 230 when she died. My headcanon is she got ahold something spiritual to extend her life force.

Well, to be fair, the OG guys are in their eighties. I think barring Bumi, the White Lotus were in their late sixties at oldest (Don't quote me on that, though, in fact I'd go about avoiding quoting me in general).

And even on that, even though Bumi was over 100, he was also a MOUNTAIN of muscle, whereas the others (I don't think) kept up fighting and stuff, living in peacetime.
