As said in the video, its a matter of avoiding the first hit.
If you do manage to get combo'd, pick a god and pray that the sawblade won't last more than 3 hits.

Glide tossing is back in Smash 4, but in whole new way! Instead of rolls being cancelled, it's jumps this time, but the effect is still the same -- you slide forward while tossing an item. Watch the sauce video for full details:

You can also combine a jump cancel with an up smash, creating a tech almost identical to DACUS (dash attack-cancelled up smash) -- and it doesn't even have to be during an initial dash animation like perfect pivoting, so it's very easy to pull off! This is great, as DACUSing was patched out of the latest Smash entries with the latest build. Hopefully these techs won't meet the same fate.
