In fact, we've been doing things that doesn't even have gamergate on it, yet still calls them out on their s---. That's f------ terrifying to them. They've spent all this time building this narrative that gamergate is ebil, and it hasn't slowed any of us down from digging and finding things they don't want found. And now we release things that are damning to them without gamergate on it, and they're scared because they can't do s--- about it. /baph/ really f----- up their narrative too. They got harassed by them and went to go "look at all this s--- gamergate is doing!" Then /baph/ went "f--- those losers in gamergate" Then /gamergate/ went "wow that sucks you're getting doxxed and stuff, it happened to us and you didn't do anything so we're not going to help you." They're losing and getting desperate. Put yours elf in their position. They set the narrative, went to mainstream media, blacklisted tons of people, got big money from Intel, etc. And it's not doing a damn thing. And they know the longer this goes on, the more bad s--- creeps up about their past. And nearly all of these people have really f----- up pasts with giant skeletons in their closets.

Author has 304 answers and 740.1K answer views. 5y Not that I care that much either way, but it did expose a lot of corrupt game developers and game journalists. X Journalists would make claims of people like Anita Sarkeesian "playing video games all her life" when she openly admitted many times she is not a gamer and only starter recently (when it wasn't for an interview). Various developers trading sex or money for good reviews got exposed, journalists who accepted got exposed. People became a bit more critical about supporting a game just because the developer has a victim complex stating tat their game could have only failed because of sexism, instead of their own poor developing skills. What really sealed the deal was opposition often faking their own harassment. Anita sarkeesian and Zoe Quinn have been caught multiple times screenshotting "harassment" while showing that the harrasser's account name in the login. Or when someone called the police to help Sarkeesian against a "very real threat" she was posting about, only for police to find the harasser's messages were coming from her IP address. In all seriousness, GameJournoPro members and "indie dev royalty" have been implicated in blacklisting, collusion, agenda pushing, cronyism, libel, censorship, sabotage of a game jam, racketeering and generally dickish behavior. What else is there to find?
