I saw guys pull cars and planes with his body/mouth/arms/…other particular body parts, but never heard of someone turning a rock to dust with their bare hands. But something make me thing that Maud isn't that strong, I think she just understand rocks so well that she knows the way to throw them and break them easily using minimal strenght.

Well Maud destroyed that boulder protecting Pinkie Pie who she loved so yeah.
