One thing that kind of disappointed me with both series as a whole was the general lack of weapons in the show. Sure, you'd get the usual nameless scrub, a guard or minion, but that's about it besides Sokka and Asami, or Jet and the gang.

One thing I really wanted to see was weaponry mixed with bending like the Zuko Alone episode with his swords or those hammers. The few times we see it, like with Aang's staff, it allowed a different use of their abilities in some rather interesting ways. Seems like something to make the already cool action even better and varied.

That said, I do hope that, if they make one, the next series might go into that.
