Was about to wonder how sentient Neo Edge can be to be, ahem, gently persuaded. But then, as much as Eggman botches stuff up, he still has 300 IQ applied somewhere and even the most dim-witted of his creations is self-aware enough to feel miserable about their status quo (and as far as I'm informed, none has hard-coded blocks about what to do and what not, they're just sapient enough to be coerced through fear of retaliation by its creator).

Neo appears to be like T-1000, Hal-9000 and Megaman pieced together. Yeah, Breezy can potentially get some.
