It is based on a fake ending for Captain Tsubasa, also know as Flash Kicker, where the main protagonist wins the World Cup, then the image starts fading away and suddendly wakes up in an hospital, as his mother closes in, he tells her his dream about being in the Japanese football team and winning the world cup while the camera slowy zooms out revealing he had no legs.
