I would still better understand a weeaboo that this… thing. You can wish to be part of another culture (even though sometimes they can go too far), however, thinking that you are transnigger or anything like that is beyond bullshit. It would almost mean that your race define your behaviour and that there is some kind of superiority between the races, which is, to put it simply, racist. Reversing the problem won't solve it, it makes it even worse, because it means that centuries of horrors meant nothing, and that we still weren't able to learn from our mistakes
