While I agree with your point that the sexualization of such a young character is a moral hazard, I do feel the need to point out Liza is not wearing a bikini. It's a one-piece swim suit, and a pretty modest one at that. Everyone else is fanservice-y because they're arguably mature enough for that, but Liza is definitely wearing age-appropriate swimwear.
