At the risk of being called a furry, this is my Khajiit from Skyrim. With a few mods and an artist's eye you too can make a cute looking catgirl in Skyrim. Here's which mods I recommend using:

Racemenu in particular has some great additional features if you are a bit more daring, since you can actually make manual tweaks to the facial mesh like I did. If that sounds too intimidating though, do not worry because it's more for giving your character a bit of extra personality and is not by any means a required step.
