Here's how we fund it. We need to get a lawyer with a high enough profile. Then we will create a Bitcoin address (with M of N, aka multiple passwords) and give the lawyer fiduciary power over the funds which are sent to the address. Each of the donating parties will have voting power equal to their donation. This is accomplished by signing messages with the keys which owned the coins which were sent. Basically it is a fool-proof way of proving ownership of the money after it is sent, and allows us all to vote on decisions based on our contribution. This will be the lawyer's job to use the funds based on the crowd-vote I could set this up for you guys. Let me know how seriously you want a Kekistan to exist.
