He is most likely talking about the fact that Google is taking steps toward being allowed in China again, by censoring their own engine-search so it doesn't break any propaganda laws there, effectively spitting on freedom of expression and supporting the chinese government's censorship, just so Google can do business in China again.

What I DON'T understand though, is why he use the apple logo. Maybe he think all computer-related companies are the same, wouldn't surprise coming from Alex 'Keep the frogs straight' Jones.
