I belive hiryuu and clawhammer both are using the AT-X version of the show for subbing. Also it's not COMPLETELY uncensored, some stuff is still censored mostly for the joke of "an anime about fighting censorship", but they don't censor stupid shit like Anna dripping "love honey" everywhere.
