Proof that Apple is a religion

Earlier today me and my buddy were looking up the specs on the newest androids and apple phones.
The android, I think it was called the OnePlus or something, had a quad-core processor with 3GB RAM and 64GB of space, and it was around $300. Meanwhile the newest iPhone [6? 7?] had a dual-core processor with 1GB RAM and 16GB of space, and it was $500.

My face when the newest iPhone literally has the same specs as the Galaxy Nexus, which was from 2011, and is around $400 more expensive.
