Live simulation pommel throw

Notes

In theory the fact that a thrown object bounces off and contacts the helmet for less time than a melee strike results in a higher vibration frequency in the helmet. This should produce a more intensely piercing noise which has a greater stun effect from audio overload.

Description

Thanks to Toke, this video is available again: A technique from the Gladiatoria group showing the unscewring and subsequent throwing of the pommel.
