Rudi Rok, a 32-year-old Finnish voice artist, beatboxer and former professional break dancer who rose to YouTube superstardom following his One Man Makes 30 Animal Sounds video, makes animojis come into their sonic own by proverbially handing them the mike.
Animoji karaoke may have helped the world flaunt their facial dexterity, but it actually kind of leaves iPhone X’s most viral features without a voice of their own. Rudi Rok wished to remedy this.
Rok’s animal noises are so lifelike that they’ve been hilariously proven to convince both dogs and sweet little horsies.
Although it’s Rok’s animal impersonations which form his greatest hits on YouTube, he also imitates inanimate objects, a gift he put to use when bringing the Robot animoji to life.
It may seem a little intimidating to step into a character previously played by Patrick Stewart, but thankfully it doesn’t take much to make the poop animoji steal the show, especially if you’ve got an eerily realistic imitation of someone passing wind tucked up your sleeve.
Forget about animoji karaoke! What do animojis actually sound like? I played around with iPhone X's animojis and they had a lot to say, even the panda!
