Is it just me, or did this guy completely miss the point of Infinite?

I've been thinking about this topic for a while now, and want to know what you guys would change about Infinite. How could he become a better villain, what would you alter about his role in sonic forces? Thanks a lot for the support, I've also renovated the channel to match my older main channel.
