I used OpenCV's Canny Edge Detection to obtain the coordinates of the edges of each frame, then used pywin32 to move the crosshair to each coordinate. Importantly, I had to enter the commands in CSGO to remove recoil and bind keys to teleport the player back to the exact position on the map every hour (when the CSGO timer runs out).
