A vuvuzela-themed parody of Guitar Hero. Or is it a Guitar Hero-themed parody of vuvuzelas? Based on the names of the combo multipliers, I'm leaning towards the latter.

My favorite part is the "Kill them!" followed by "Kill ME!"
