Description

A Cordova teen was charged with animal cruelty after video posted on the Internet seemed to show him kicking Boots the cat. The cat is now in the custody of Orangeburg County Animal Control, which says the cat is OK. This video by Staff Writer Richard Walker shows Boots with Orangeburg County Animal Control Director Les Porter.
